Our HOME, completely and comfortably equipped, is located in the G&CC Heritage Oaks in the eastern part of Sarsota. Heritage Oaks is a semi-private gated resort, embedded in nature and lakes where you find silence and where you relax. Nevertheless it takes you only a few minutes to reach the central and less silent targets downtown.

G&CC HERITAGE OAKS is one of a few only with the option of membership transfer to the tenant. The club offers a 18-hole champion course with range, tennis courts with flood lights, some heated pools, fitness-center, sauna/spa, restaurant and proshop.

SARASOTA, culture center of Florida, has a population of about 600.000. Its climate makes the Sarasota/Manatee County one of the most attractive vacation regions in the US all over the year. The famous beaches of Siesta Key with its white sand, Lido Key and Longboat Key are reached in just a few minutes. 80 golf courses or more in the nearer neigborhood may be a challenge to improve your handicap or offer alternative golf impressions. Downtown you find a top-infrastructure as museums, opera/theatre, restaurants of all kind und shopping.
